Wed & Fri Mornings​
Morning playgroups are designed for 6 to 30 months old.​

Thrive is a homebased playgroup, where we provide a nurturing and warm environment for children to explore, discover, and grow. We believe in play-based learning, open ended sensory play, and developing emotional sturdiness. Currently we host a group for 6-30 months and a group for 1 - 4 years.
Sessions are 90 minutes each, with no more than 8 children. If weather allows, activities are hosted in the garden promoting a love for nature. Otherwise, we enjoy the indoor play area. As messy play is offered, please bring along a change of clothes. We offer snacks but bring your child's favorites as well. Other recommended items to bring with you: hat, sunscreen, water, and bug spray.
Children engage in a variety of activities such as sensory play, art and crafts, music and movement, outdoor play, and cooking. Every session offers a new adventure for your little one. ​

We believe in the magic of open-ended sensory play. Our diverse range of tactile experiences encourages children to explore, experiment, and engage their senses. This type of play not only stimulates creativity but also supports cognitive development and fine motor skills.
We understand the importance of social and emotional growth. Our programs are designed to help children build strong relationships with both caregivers and friends, develop empathy, and manage their emotions. We foster a supportive and inclusive community where every child feels valued and confident.

I worked in corporate consulting for over 10 years. I was loving the corporate rat race, but like many of you, my life totally changed after having a little one (or two). I find so much more joy in the small moments of growth and accomplishment seen in everyday play and the delight it brings them. ​
Now with two boys of my own, my new passion is fostering independence, confidence, and emotional strength through daily experiences. I dedicate my time to helping the youngest members of our community grow and thrive! ​
